Customers in Northern Ireland cannot process returns through the DPD portal. Please contact our Customer Service team at:

Once your request has been received, we will provide a return label and arrange for collection from the address you specify.

 

Rest of the United Kingdom

To request a return, access the designated returns link https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/GOLDFINCH_AGENCY_LIMITED and enter:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order

You will receive a QR code and will not need to print a label. Present the QR code at the selected drop-off point.

The refund will be issued minus the £5.99 return fee.
