You may cancel your order provided it has not yet entered preparation or been dispatched.
Please contact Customer Service and provide:
- Order number
- Email address
- Recipient’s name
If cancellation is possible, you will receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then request a return.
