Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping addresses must be physical locations accessible to courier companies. We do not deliver to PO boxes or collection points.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Castañer. You will then need to contact Customer Service to arrange a new delivery.
To change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact Customer Service immediately, quoting your order number and the correct address.
Upon delivery, you must confirm receipt with the courier.
