Delivery time
Delivery within the United Kingdom takes approximately 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch via DPD. Deliveries are made during the day without a specific time slot.
During sales periods or high season, delivery times may be extended. Under no circumstances will delivery exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
Home delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping addresses must be physical locations accessible to courier companies. We do not deliver to PO boxes or collection points.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Castañer. You will then need to contact Customer Service to arrange a new delivery.
To change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact Customer Service immediately, quoting your order number and the correct address.
Upon delivery, you must confirm receipt with the courier.
Delivery incidents
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us via the contact form so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge.
Rates and conditions may change due to promotions. The applicable rate is confirmed at checkout. Castañer reserves the right to amend shipping rates and conditions.
